Notice: The Cattlemen ACS Associate program has been approached by many semen distributors, bull studs, and embryo businesses who want to become Cattlemen ACS Associates for the purpose of having a link to their web page in order to sell semen or embryos off of their business web site and not through ACS. This is a conflict of interest to the ACS business and it's sellers who sell off of the ACS Classifieds. Therefore we cannot allow semen and embryo business to become Cattlemen ACS Associates to use the ACS data base for their web site sales. If the semen and embryo businesses want to sell through ACS they will have to do like other individuals, distributors, and dealers do and list the product you want sold on the ACS Classifieds. Cattlemen ACS Associate charges: Level 1 Cattlemen ACS Associate. This will be a $20.00 per month fee and you must buy 12 months at a time. You do not have to have a website but if you do it will be posted. You can have your contact information similar to what a business card has on it. You do not get to talk in the ACS Newsletter. This will get the same exposure as Level 2 does as they are on the same page but again it will not allow you to speak to everyone through the ACS Newsletter. Level 2 Cattlemen ACS Associate. This will be a $30.00 per month fee and you must buy 12 months at a time. You do not have to have a website but if you do it will be posted. You can have your contact information similar to what a business card has on it. This level allows you to talk in the ACS Newsletter. This will get the same exposure as Level 1 does as they are on the same page but again, Level 2 will allow you to speak to everyone through the ACS Newsletter. Now for the vehicle that is making ACS one of the hottest websites going. Becoming a Level 2 Cattleman ACS Associate. The advantage of becoming a Cattlemen ACS Associate is, we take what you have to say directly to the homes of thousands of cattle producers by our newsletter (e-mail blasts). People just see the merit that ACS has to offer. When information needs shared, this e-mail blast goes out on a Friday and sometimes on Wednesday as well. This is for when something needs to be brought to the attention of people telling them what is new on ACS or what the Level 2 Cattlemen ACS Associates have to offer. It is one of the most powerful tools in the beef industry today as far as advertising your genetics to thousands of progressive cattle producers across the country. It just makes no sense to spend the money on creating and keeping a website updated, then putting it out on the web with the millions and millions of other websites and hoping people will find you. Even if you are on a page with hundreds of websites of the same nature, hoping to gain more traffic to your site, you know as well as I do that people are not going to look at each and every one of them on that page, looking for something new, unless you spend more money in advertising, telling people to look at what is new on your website. At Level 2, ACS take your site directly to the people who are in the cattle business through our e-mail blast and ACS Associate Advertising page. By becoming a Level 2 Cattlemen ACS Associate, any time you want to tell them what you have for sale or bring to their attention something that you want them to know, simply e-mail me and I will include that in the e-mail blast for that week. No other cattle website does this that I am aware of, nor lets you speak directly to other cattle producers by an e-mail. It is a powerful tool and it works.
