When we have an ACS Classifieds Auction running, we will post your ad or your bid upon receipt of
 of your complete name, address, and phone. Also make sure you send us the complete name and registration number of the bull or donor and how many straws, amps, or embryos you are wanting to sell and the starting price. 

The Starting price is the price per straw, amp, or embryo that is your floor and if that floor is met or exceeded you must sell the listings.

A 10% commission will be charged for individual sales of 
semen, embryos and 5% on livestock that are $200.00 or above.
 With the addition of the Special Price Semen category, there will be a
 minimum charge of $1.00 per straw selling fee.

Rules For Classifieds Auction
No listings can be sold on ACS unless it is in the control of, or possession of, or under the name of the seller!

1. Bidding on the lots will be per straw, per embryo, or per head of livestock. When the auction is over it will be the top bid times the number of straws, embryos, or livestock.

2. The buyer must pay by cashiers check or wire before his/her purchase is shipped. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and insurance costs if the buyer wants the purchase insured through shipping procedures.

3. The seller is responsible for getting the semen, embryos, or livestock to a place that ships the product sold.

4. To bid, the bidders must click on the words E-mail your bid that goes with the corresponding Lot Number. This will bring up an e-mail to ACS with the lot number you want to bid on in the subject line. The bidder must put his/her name, address, phone number and bid amount and then send it to ACS.

5. ACS will notify the bidder by e-mail on their bidding status. This will eliminate the problem of wondering who has the current bid.

6. At the end of the auction, only the last 3 bidders on a particular lot who held the current bid will have the chance to bid again on the lot or lots when the auction is over. Once the auction is over ACS will e-mail or call each bidder, who had one of the last 3 current bids on that particular lot, giving each a chance to bid again on that lot after the auction is over. Once a bidder says, "I do not want to raise the bid," he/she is out of the bidding process on that particular lot. This process will continue until there is only one bidder left, which will eliminate the problem of everyone trying to bid at the last minute to be the high bidder.

Please be near your phone when the ACS Classifieds Auction is over so you can be called. We will be calling the last 3 bidders on each lot who held a current bid during this ACS Classified Auction to get this auction over in a timely fashion.

Example: 

We are offering a total of 5 units of semen in this On-Line ACS Classifieds Auction. It is selling all in one lot. It sells so much per straw x 5. 

If you are the successful bidder of $100.00 per straw you will owe $500.00. ($100.00 x 5).

If you want to bid, simply e-mail your bid on the lot. 

Make sure you read the date when the Bidding ends. Payment for your purchases must be received by 10 working days. I wish you all the best, Brian Weaver
