When we have an ACS Classifieds Auction running, we will post your ad or your bid upon receipt of
of your complete name, address, and phone. Also make sure you send us the complete name and registration number of the bull or donor and how many straws, amps, or embryos you are wanting to sell and the starting price.

The Starting price is the price per straw, amp, or embryo that is your floor and if that floor is met or exceeded you must sell the listings.

Buyers: Mail your check to: Brian Weaver * 1337 River Avenue * Harlan, IA  51537

A 10% commission will be charged for individual sales of
semen, embryos and 5% on livestock that are $200.00 or above.
With the addition of the Special Price Semen category, there will be a
minimum charge of $1.00 per straw selling fee.

Rules For Classifieds Auction
No listings can be sold on ACS unless it is in the control of, or possession of, or under the name of the seller!

1. For the most part bidding on the lots will be per straw, per embryo, or per head of livestock. When the auction is over it will be the top bid times the number of straws, embryos, or livestock.
In the case of selling a package, the top bid will be for the entire package not the top bid times the number of units in the package.

2. The buyer must pay by check, cashiers check, or wire before his/her purchase is shipped. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and insurance costs if the buyer wants the purchase insured through shipping procedures.

3. The seller is responsible for getting the semen, embryos, or livestock to a place that ships the product sold.

4. To bid, the bidders must click on the words E-mail your bid that goes with the corresponding Lot Number. This will bring up an e-mail to ACS with the lot number you want to bid on in the subject line. The bidder must put his/her name, address, phone number and bid amount and then send it to ACS.
If you don't use Outlook Express for e-mailing and the link to bid does not work, send us an e-mail to twinoaks@fmctc.com and put the lot number in the Subject line of your e-mail that you want to bid on and then the rest of the information we need from you listed above in the body of the e-mail and then send it to us.

5. ACS will notify the bidder by e-mail on their bidding status. This will eliminate the problem of wondering who has the current bid. If you don't get an e-mail reply back from me, I did not get your e-mail bid. Call or try again is all I can tell you if you don't get a reply from me.
712 744-4613 is the Advantage Cattle Services phone. If no answer, leave a message.

6. At the end of the auction, only the last 3 bidders on a particular lot who held the current bid will have the chance to bid again on the lot or lots when the auction is over. When the auction is over ACS will try to contact the top 3 bidders per lot by phone or e-mail giving those bidders a chance to continue to bid on that lot. The bidders must be by their phone or e-mail or have sent ACS a proxy bid to continue the bidding. If I can't reach the bidder or once a bidder says, "I'm done bidding," he/she is out of the bidding process on that particular lot. This process will continue until there is only one bidder left, which will eliminate the problem of everyone trying to bid at the last minute to be the high bidder, you just have to be one of the top 3 bidders on that lot.

Notice Notice Notice

After the auction has ended, this is how it works: I start at the beginning of the auction lots and go down one at a time contacting the top 3 bidders on each lot if applicable.

The top 3 bidders must be by the phone or e-mail and answer when I call or e-mail to be considered one of the top 3 bidders. If I can not reach the person I call or e-mail, I will consider that as a response of no more bids from that person I am trying to contact. I will try calling or e-mailing a few times but this is a new rule as of 05/20/17.

I suggest that if you know you are going to be gone at the end of the auction and you want the chance to be the top bidder, leave us a proxy bid of what is your top dollar you want to spend on the lot. I will do my best to buy that lot at the lowest bid possible. We have done this numerous times and sometimes we are successful, sometimes we get out bid, and sometimes we get it bought lower or a lot lower than the proxy bid. At least this gives you a chance at owning the lot you are interested in if you are not able to answer your phone or e-mail.

This also should speed this auction process up a lot. Thank you, Brian Weaver

A word from ACS. If you have any questions on bidding, be sure to read the Rules For Classifieds Auction above so you will know how and what it takes to bid.

Please be near your phone when the ACS Classifieds Auction is over so you can be called. We will be calling the last 3 bidders on each lot who held a current bid during this ACS Classified Auction to get this auction over in a timely fashion.

Thank you all for your interest.

Make sure you read the date when the Bidding ends. Payment for your purchases must be received by 10 working days. I wish you all the best, Brian Weaver

Embryos from RTAF Everelda Intense 5440 - Reg# 15479638
Seller's Commets:
The donor dam is a deep bodied, thick rumped Bandolier daughter with a super disposition who is triple bred to the legendary maternal sire Traveler 124 GDAR.
The great-granddam, Ever Entense 495G, is the $150,000 one time record selling bred heifer at KMK Acres in Tennessee.  She is also a full sister to the $320,000 one time world record selling female, Shadybrook Ever Entense 491G and the $300,000 Sitz Everelda 023.
The foundation fourth dam, Sitz Everelda Entense 1137 was also a record selling cow in 2001 when she sold for $210,000 at 14 years of age.  1137 produced many donors and sires and have corner stoned Angus herds across the country, generating more than $4 million in progeny sales and lived to be 17 years of age.

SVF Bandolier maintains 99 daughters at 103 for WR while also maintaining 195 scans for IMF at 103 and 197 scans for REA at 104.
